Data Deletion Instructions
You can request deletion of personal data associated with your Joni account or connected Instagram professional account.
How to request deletion

Joni Data Deletion Request
Please include enough information for us to identify the Joni account or connected Instagram professional account, such as the Instagram username. Do not send passwords, access tokens, or other secrets.
What we may delete
Where applicable, deletion may include:
- stored Instagram account connection metadata;
- automation configurations;
- stored comment or message event data;
- activity and delivery records;
- support or account information that is no longer required.
What may be retained
We may retain limited information where required for legal compliance, security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, financial recordkeeping, or other legitimate purposes permitted by applicable law. Where appropriate, retained data may be minimized or anonymized.
Disconnecting Meta or Instagram access
You may also revoke Joni access through the relevant Meta or Instagram account settings. Revoking access prevents Joni from making future authorized API calls with that connection, but it may not automatically delete information already stored by Joni. Use the deletion request process above if you also want Joni-held data deleted.
Verification
To protect account data, we may ask for reasonable verification before completing a deletion request.
Timing
We process valid deletion requests in accordance with applicable law and will confirm completion or explain any lawful retention requirement.
