Terms of Service
These Terms govern your use of Joni, an automation service for supported Instagram professional-account workflows.
1. Agreement
By connecting an account to Joni or using the service, you agree to these Terms. If you use Joni on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.
2. Eligibility and account authority
You may connect only accounts you are authorized to manage. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for actions performed through your Joni configuration.
3. Permitted use
You may use Joni only in compliance with applicable law and with Meta's and Instagram's platform rules, policies, messaging limits, and automation requirements.
4. Prohibited use
You may not use Joni to:
- send unlawful, deceptive, abusive, harassing, or fraudulent content;
- circumvent Meta or Instagram platform restrictions or rate limits;
- access accounts, comments, messages, or data without authorization;
- distribute malware, phishing content, or harmful code;
- interfere with the security or operation of Joni or third-party services.
5. Automations and third-party platforms
Joni acts on configuration you provide and depends on third-party APIs and services, including Meta and Instagram. Platform availability, permissions, delivery windows, account status, API behavior, and third-party policy changes may affect Joni functionality.
6. Your content and instructions
You retain responsibility for content, triggers, reply templates, and other instructions you configure. You grant Joni the limited rights necessary to process that content and perform the requested automation.
7. Service changes
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features to maintain security, comply with platform requirements, improve Joni, or respond to changes in third-party services.
8. Fees
If paid plans are introduced or apply to your account, applicable pricing and billing terms will be presented separately before charges are incurred.
9. Intellectual property
Joni, its software, branding, and related materials are owned by Jonathan de Lieme or its licensors. These Terms do not transfer ownership of Joni to you.
10. Disclaimer
Joni is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, delivery of any specific message, continued availability of third-party APIs, or any particular business result.
11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Jonathan de Lieme will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities arising from use of Joni or third-party platform changes.
12. Termination
You may stop using Joni and disconnect your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access where necessary for security, abuse prevention, legal compliance, non-payment, or material breach of these Terms.
13. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how Joni processes information.
14. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory law provides otherwise.
